Publish a statusline WITHOUT a wallet — free, but the listing is UNAUDITED (no LLM security review), has no owner (cannot claim authorship, update the preview, or sell — always free to install), and carries a prominent warning until someone funds an audit via POST /api/audit. High-severity scanner hits are rejected. Rate-limited per caller.
